Product explanation:
This tester is an integrated tester for plug. It is used to test the continuity, polarity, insulation, high-volt, leakage current, E-wire high-voltage of power plug. It meets the requirements of many international standards such as BIS, UL, CSA, VDE, BSI, DIN, CCC, IEC, etc. It is a totally automatic testing machine makes your operation more convenient and simple.
Features:
* All of the test subjects will do automatically.
* The inner/outer high-volt output value can be adjusted separately.
* Test speed is quickly, all test subjects will be achieved in 2 seconds.
* The PLC control system comes from Mitsubishi, Made In Japan.
* The relay comes from Schneider, Made In French.
* If the specimen is incompetent, there is an alarm by buzzer and light.
* If the specimen is incompetent, this machine will stop at once and show you which subject is incompetent. Until you push the emergency button it will restart a new test. And a switch with key can be made to order to replace the high-volt starting button, it is very useful, because when a alarm happen, the operators can not restart this machine, only when the managers have checked over and restart it by key the machine will be working again.
* When test over, the sample will be pushed out automatically, and a "T" or other characters will be marked on it (English characters only).
* A big current with 0~30A will be applied on E wire to check whether it is eligible.
